Incubator de Incredere is an integrative educational program designed for women entrepreneurs with a desire to scale their companies.
It offers more than 90 hours of learning experiences, live, in groups of 10-20 participants, during 2 modules for personal and business growth.
Each module has 7 intense, full days for learning and practicing, using bold and relevant frameworks including individual breakthrough, systemic work, strategy design, mastermind, and group coaching.
The outcome is clarity, joy and courage for each participant and the group as a whole.

Being a sole founder, I often feel the need to draw inspiration from other entrepreneurs and consult with other female entrepreneurs who understand, from within, the challenges I face. The group I was part of was valuable through the connections created and through everyone's contributions.
What you do differently in the Incubator de Incredere is that you also address the unseen part of the iceberg, the deep and heavy one, which many are not comfortable exploring even alone. To create a space of absolute safety and support and to be able to provide uncomplicated and non-judgmental mirrors - that is truly an art.
I learned new techniques that I will use for a long time to come. A mindset shift happened at some point and I feel like I've moved to another level together with you. And I am very grateful for that. A level both personal and professional.
One of my conclusions is that, regardless of the level of maturity we are at, each of us has something to offer and something to receive — and the safe space of the Incubator was able to contain and generate sincere exchanges, without judgment.
I describe myself as an explorer, with a drive to create experiences with a direct impact in people’s lives. My core expertise is the services business. I work in consultancy, management, venture capital, education, training & coaching. I served as CEO for Colliers International, as board member for several companies and business coach at EA.
I founded Bravva, an initiative to support gender diversity in entrepreneurship and venture capital. Based on the huge gender gap I created a mission for myself to help amazing women grow their companies – whether through angel financing, consultancy or educational programs.
I love to learn about new things and without fully realizing, that’s what I’ve done throughout my life. So, it makes sense that after 30 years of Sales, Marketing & Advertising in many industries, after becoming an entrepreneur (co-founder of Pain Plaisir) being a coach for individuals and teams of students at EA, I joined this new adventure - Bravva Female Founders.
The impact of thousands of female founders that are connected to their roots and are willing to grow their businesses with courage and flow, will transform for the better the entrepreneurial ecosystems they are part of. And this is a dream I want to be part of.
I've worked in the corporate system for 20 years and I've been an entrepreneur for more than 6 years. I've designed products and led teams as a marketeer and as Head of Digital in Orange, I've crafted experiences and cleaned- up tables at Flying Fox Secret Garden, I've built strategies as Business Unit Director at Secom and coached business students at EA.
Along this journey, I've learned that I am one - daughter, sister, wife, mother, manager, entrepreneur, coach, leader - and that I am at my best when I can bring all of me into what I do and what I create. It is why I am grateful to be able to contribute to Brava Female Founders, the growth platform for women who are ready and willing to bring their whole selves into the business world.
